As a designer, whether new to UX, Product Design, or having been in the field for 4 to 5 years, you will definitely have many limitations when making decisions, always lack a voice and it is difficult to prove the value of the work you are doing. The previous generation of designers made the mistake of falling into the ego-trap of re-communicating UX approaches that didn't work. This is when we look back and find a new direction to improve and develop ourselves, demonstrating the impact of design.

Conflicts between Product Designers and Product Managers are common in the product development world, but at their core, both roles share a common goal: delivering successful product outcomes.
Addressing these conflicts requires identifying the root causes—often misalignment in priorities, communication breakdowns, or unclear expectations. Despite these differences, the key to overcoming them lies in collaboration and mutual respect, where both roles actively contribute toward shared product goals.
This talk will dive into the common pain points that fuel these conflicts and explore practical strategies to bridge the divide. By embracing each other’s perspectives and building frameworks for shared understanding, Product Designers and Product Managers can transform conflict into a productive force, creating products that satisfy both business and user expectations.
